Drying Room

The drying room is suitable for drying food level materials which are sensitive to high temperature, like pepper, mushroom, herb, herbal medicine and other kinds of similar materials. Whole drying process of drying room is more uniform and gentle. It is featured in high drying efficiency and low energy consumption. There are multiple layer tray set in drying room. Materials are scattered and distributed evenly on trays. On door of drying room, a simple control cabinet is set. During working process, push tray layers in and close the door.
According to moisture requirements, users can set different drying time, like 2-12 hours. Once drying work is done, pull out the drying trays and get dried products packed. The body of drying room is using double-sided color-steel with insulation materials. The heat source can be generated by using coal, electricity, oil, gas, etc. The drying room are mainly used in Chinese herbal medicine, wood, flowers,herbs, seeds, betel nut, red dates and various kinds of food drying.
The equipment is controlled by fully automatic plc microcomputer, and different drying processes are adopted according to different tree species to ensure that the dried products meet the highest quality requirements. Simple operation and precise control, it is the most cost-effective drying method at present.
